Anyone else having this problem? (Spoiler....BG lag)

I get the matchmaking is shot.....I get the grind this season was supposed to be easier but it's in fact 10x harder and I can live with all of that. What I can't deal with is being on my match to move up a tier vs an account who's WORST champ, 30 guys down Is a sig 200 rank 5 ascended champ....somehow had like a dozen rank 3s and 10 rank 2s and I'm about to win....all of a sudden the game is unplayable for 5-10 seconds, pauses, and eventually just shuts down... Log back in and I've either just lost or have 12 seconds to win.....it has now happened 3x since yesterday....anyone else?

    And I get this exact thing has been happening since season 2 as far as I remember but this season is 10x worse ...for me at least
