Quick question regarding Archangel vs Havok

Is there anything I'm missing here in either champ's kit? Wouldn't Havok very quickly build up plasma due to archangel's bleeds and lack of armor up?

    Its not advisable tho cuz if u get bad rng u ded. Check fight stats to see how much neuro damage done

    Parry heavy a few times and good rng. Absolutely doable.
