    Who to r3 then?
    I've never used photon, hulk and Titania feel like they are fine at r2 already

    Hulk or photon, I would go with photon cuz she actually needs the extra rank to excel in defense.

    He's well balanced BG attacker but I still sense a buff coming and perhaps fire damage to plasma🥵
