FINALLY made it to the circuit. Got my 2nd win and 7th glorious medal (destroyed the opponent too). Fight was over!!! Yay me. "NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND!"....AFTER THE FIGHT CONCLUDED THR GAME CRASHES AND LOGS ME BACK IN WITH A ZERO SCORE?!?!?! and even if I didn't fight the opponent got 12k points.....I could have paused and won. I've already made a ticket but this is, in the entire ten years I've played this game the most high of highs to IMMEDIATE low of lows I've ever experienced and I'm not taking this one....Not this time. It's wrong, I won ....they lost....I've been through hell and back this meta and it's not ending like this. NOPE. @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Zibiit @kabam EVERYONE

Negative....send me the rewards then. Could care less about the "I made it achievement"....They can send whatever rewards they want . I've been in customer service half my life. There is a 0% chance this would ever fly anywhere I've ever worked with a ",sorry but we can't do anything"....I understand reversing is impossible....don't even need that.... something CAN BE DONE though. Send the rewards.....send me as many shields as I need to get them myself but out of principal I'm not letting this one just give me a generic AI response. It's the most easy, cut and dry, with proof customer service decision that's ever existed. I'll work with them to a resolution but sayin " ehhhh that sucks " isn't happening. I swear I'm being trolled....last time I had an issue the nice gentleman who helped me had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE NAME OF ALL TIME. His actual name is DENY. Not with two Ns ....flat out Deny! I saw his name at the bottom of the sorry we're not sorry ai generated generic response and literally started cracking up.

The game crashed on YOUR device. The game's failsafe system kicked in because they can't have people deliberately crashing out of their devices because they don't like how the fight went and claiming victory. Sometimes those failsafe systems go against us, and that sucks, but it needs to happen to prevent cheating.

Sorry that happened to you, really, it's hugely frustrating, but there's literally no way to prove that you actually won that match because your device disconnected before it could submit the results back to the server - for all any of us know you screwed up that fight and got trounced - all we have is your statement to the contrary.

Bugs and crashes happen. Take the L and move on. You're not going to get the results on a single fight changed.

I understand I'll live. If I didn't have similar things happen last night I'd laugh it off like I normally do. I get it....it's not a huge deal but it's principal. Just DEALING with it is why companies get away with doing nothing for their most valuable asset...their paying customers. And as for a micro connection issue...I was playing for an hour plus with ZERO ISSUES.....and then the most important 4 seconds of good internet I need over an hr plus of use happens? No chance .....even if it did that's why customer service has a job. To fix obvious errors that happen. No? Like I said I've worked in CS and insurance and they all had the same principals and unwritten rules.... DENY everything and half the people at minimum will just go away....if they come back deny em again. If they keep coming back then you can actually start to do your job and look into for them. It's disgusting but it's the truth and it's why companies get away with doing half the work they should be doing. Having your mentality of "just move on" is why TRILLIONS of dollars are saved by companies small and big. If there's a legitimate gripe just do your job and help the person .....rolling over doesn't hold them accountable. I hope this never happens to you and if it does I'm on your side hoping they'll help you rather than siding with a multi million dollar company who can click a button to fix it.

Ya he knows....I typed in every name outside of those two . Sorry if they don't work here anymore. I'll just stop posting problems on an actual game forum and stick to the "I've been playing for ten years but want to know if 7 star hulk is good?" Fair enough

Lile I said, take it easy. Saying companies get away is a bit far fetched, it cpuld have been a hic uo in the connection on their side or yours. There is no way to verify this. People say I was next to the router and stuff like that as if it matters for a micro cut. I got a 500 symetric connection and sometimes YT vids buffer...

I'm easy. I'm fine. Could have been a complete hiccup. I'm even cool with that. Stuff happens . Is asking customer service to customer serve out of line though?? I honestly don't care who's fault it was. Fact of the matter is an "error/issue" happened that is RIDICULOUSLY obvious and easy to see and prove. I've already spent my max energy on this topic for the night though. Have a good night man

It’s not easy to prove tho, if someone wanted to replicate that, all they had to do is switch off their internet then turn it back on causing them to crash. Then they complain to kabam about it and ask for a reversal.

I get your frustration, but kabam are not the only culprits to punishing bad internet issues. I play another game owned by riot games, which is a pretty big company. But even they, with all their resources, still punish plays with bad internet connections with bans for being ‘afk’ because detecting real internet crashes vs deliberate ones are near impossible. It sucks but there isn’t a sure fire fix here that they could implement or i’m pretty sure they would.

Damn...that's f'd up!!! All of that effort put into that fight to come away with the win, and to have the game take it from you is just baffling. It's not something you can just walk away from and act like didn't happen. I hope somehow it can get resolved.

I’m sure there have probably been PLENTY of times where you were given a Win because your opponent had a similar “crash”.

If you want reimbursement for this time it happened to you, would you like Kabam to look back and see the other times that it happened to your opponent instead.
And TAKE AWAY any of the points, medals, items, etc, that you won those other times that the crash happened to your opponents ?

That'd absolutely be fair, yes. Or don't give the credit at all during a crash. The game should simply be voided at worse. Nobody should be given an L if a legitimate disconnect happens.

I already got there and did it myself but it's the point of the argument that actually matters. The amount of people in here who stuck up for a company that sees you as a $ sign and nothing more is a joke. I have an email from kabam explaining to me in detail that unfortunately this is a bug and sometimes the zero score happens and then 24 hrs later someone tell me that this isn't possible and it took the ai 56 seconds to beat me and after reviewing the footage with their tools that is EXACTLY what actually happened.....I was there. That's not what happened. So they can flat out lie to the player and 23 people will run into here and side with kabam .....check your moral compass. it's off.

game logs can identify micro packet drops and also can identify if it was complete internet disconnect/force close/crash. Saying it can't be proved whose at fault. I don't believe it . Whoever is at fault, Product's customer service should be able to help Diagnose/Troubleshoot/Resolve
