    He only needs the dupe for Bullseye and Domino, so yes still worth that r2 it's not like he can't nuke most defenders without it. The only thing he needs is a 5* or 6* HB relic though

    Unduped, I took him r3 to be valiant. No regrets. Higher the rank, the easier to ramp his sp2 nuke.

    Also wanted to say that the HB relic boosts him even harder than I thought. Ik everyone says it’s a must, but it was pretty crazy to play around with even tho I’ve seen vids before

    I did a test with both on a r1 with 5 charges (standard battlegrounds rotation) and the shock damage went from 9218 to 14415 every tick with a r2 HB relic (unduped). Took WS down to 35% with just a r1 which is enough to decimate most battlegrounds healthpools
