Hey I got this in the mail yesterday and was just curious if anyone knows when this is coming out or if this could be the July side quest?

It's the alliance war showcase. Comes out at some point in July (presumably with the new events tomorrow)

Yes, already mentioned that mail came out too soon, will run July 10 - 24.
(so half a day from now).
