Help me with Cloak and Dagger

Guys, I'm trying to make a concept set for Cloak and Dagger. All set for Cloak (Teleportation, Degen Aura, the works) , but unsure how to tackle Dagger. Need ideas.

Dagger's light dagger can dazzle opponents, mean maybe something like Mantis sp1? Also her dagger can heal cloak

@Captainaiden that's if Cloak and Dagger are on the same team. If a summoner gets Cloak and not dagger or vice-versa, it wouldnt apply. So synergy? Def. Kit? No.
