Which champions to rank up to help progression through act 6

Hi everyone, it’s been a long time since I’ve played mcoc but I decided to start again for a bit. I left the game on act 6.2.4 which is still where I am now. I’m just wondering who to rank/level up in order to help my progression? Any help would be appreciated

Cosmic: Hulkling, Venom
Tech: Red Skull
Mutant: Mr Sinister
Skill: Nick Fury, Black Cat, Masacre, Elsa Bloodstone, Agent Venom (with Scorpion synergy)
Science: Scorpion, She-Hulk

These 4 will be your main workhorse.
Redskull and Colossus will put some work if you know what you are doing.

Sym supreme for 6.2.6 and 6.3.1. r2 with boosts will be enough.

The next 6* AG you get, you need to feed it to Nick fury.

Do monthly EQ and SQ and pick up some shards.

Thank you so much everyone. Had no idea about sinister being an option. I now just need to relearn how to use them haha

I have a generic 6* AG currently but was unsure who to use it on due to having a 5* 5/65 sig 200 fury already. I also have a 6* mutant AG

I’d definitely use the 6* generic on 6* fury. It helps him so much, and I’d still do it even though you have the 5*.

If you like colossus, I’d use the 6* mutant gem on him and give him as many sig stones as you can.
