Destroyer and iDoom are in the Meh tier. After that, I didn't really check anymore.

As for the tiers, there should be like 3, 4 tiers tops: I'm gonna use this champ, I might use this champ, I'm never using this champ. A 4th category can be: I have no idea how this champ works, but I hear he's great for this content.

What's Jubilee's "multi use" lol? That's a "I'm never using this champ" level useless.

What's Jubilee's "multi use" lol? That's a "I'm never using this champ" level useless.

This is an insane take. Destroyer has a long ramp up, absolutely, but given his high damage and potential to essentially spam 10 sp2s in a row without giving the opponent power you're talking straight cap if you think he's in the same tier as modok lmao. That's not even talking him as a defender.

I doom is also way better than you're giving him credit for

I had idoom from the start, took him to r4. Other than bishop matchup, he has nothing. No crits? Better non-crit champs than him. Power drain? Better power control champs than him. Useless on defense.
Destroyer is soo overrated on defense. I fought him in T1 AW like a dozen times, no issues. I even get annoyed if I don't finish with 100% hp. Use non-buff (or least no high buff) champs, ideally with debuffs. Push to and dex l2. If he throws l1, stay close and dex as many hits of it as possible so his charges stay low. By the time he could get to 100, he should be dead. Modok can be a much much more annoying defender than him.

Have you ever fought destroyer in the GC meta and gotten crush on you? Not many champions can do that matchup with his unstoppable. Probably your best option is spiderpunk.
