Open it now. The champs leaving next are better then the ones that are being added.

It will be biggest mistake if you wait for next Titan.
I've heard many people discussing if we should hoard Titan shards till Sable, Blade, spiderpunk, Thing leaves Titan pool and enters base pool because my god man, what???
