Shocker RDTs

Having not used shocker as of late I'm considering ranking him down. However, I may still want to rank him up in the future with a saga 4-5 gem. I have no experience with rank down tickets, so if someone could let me know whether it's permanent or not (I assume it's not I would just like confirmation) then that would be amazing thank you.

    It’s permanent in that you can’t automatically reverse it. But you can always rank up the champ again with catalysts. Some rank down then rank up immediately for points in events.
