Why i am not getting Free Crystal or Daily Uncollected Free Crystal

I thought that it would be glitch, it's been 2 days still i didn't get any of free crystal, My Homecoming Event is stuck at because of Free Crystal not appearing in Game.

    They're paused during the daily super event. You get daily crystals from the webstore and free crystals from the super solo event

    Should only have been for Uncollected and above.

    If you were still doing the Beginners Event (Objectives), and became Uncollected (and so switched to having the Daily Super Event instead of the original Daily and 4-Hr Free crystals), that's why.

    Of which, is Objective for OPENING the 4-Hr Free ones ?
    You still get those in the new Super Event.

    **Although, those (and the Daily ones) are Progression-Based. There are different versions of them that each Progression gets.
    If your Beginner Objectives are for opening SPECIFIC PROGRESSION-BASED VERSIONS of them, and you have progressed to earning a higher version of them now, then you may be out of luck. You will not be earning any of the LOWER Progression versions of them anymore.
