How do you report bugs?

I have not been getting any XP lately. I get gold and ISO but have not seen XP in days. Possibly since the most recent upgrade. Anyone else noticing this?

Found it. It's buried deep in the game.

The answer to my question is that lvl60 is the highest the game goes right now, and so that is why I am not getting XP.
