War rewards "rare" bug

This isnt a hate on Kabam or Kabam Support. They have cleared this issue 4 times (2 in the most recent season) typically 24 hours of submitting a ticket.
I dont like the mail icon constantly there making me think i have something juicy waiting to be claimed.
In the past, I've submitted tickets when this happens. The war rewards after a war are claimed but the mail won't disappear and rewards still show in mail. I was told by kabam support the 1st 2 times that this was a "rare" bug.
I currently have 2 sets of different war rewards in my inbox. I haven't submitted tickets for because I'm tired of doing it. It isn't just me, many alliance members of mine have the same bug happening.
I ask 2 questions:
1. Support - stop telling people it is rare.
2. Tech department - please do your best to find the cause. My OCD with this is becoming a problem.
