Calender Update Bug

My calender is not updating since last 8 Months, it's still showing As New Summoner Supply Drop .. even after completion. I asked for the help via support team but not getting resolutions... The only response I got that "they are investigating the bug issue" and later they close the request after 48 hours... This is very annoying and painful. I became Cavalier recently ... But New Summoner Supply calender is not going from my account .
