Bullseye wouldn't make a dent. Thing is bleed immune, armor break immune, and it completely turns off all of the cheesy stuff bullseye does.
I'd say just brace yourself for a long fight and black cat, shang chi, or other thing counters

Update.. I bought in Cassie, she did it.. reached zone 25.. and got nova.. spent around 300 units.. but couldn't even take 5% of his health..had to knock him down to remove protection.. then I thought it wasn't worth to spend units for a six star awakening gem and sigs.. quit it out.
