Listen, with nearly 50 7* champions (from what I can see from your post), you're already in the big leagues. Shouldn't you be the one giving advice rather than asking for it? I mean, you've got more than enough firepower to make a decision on your own. Maybe trust your instincts a bit more? You've clearly got the roster to back it up.
I still can't tell what the real issue a lot of people have with Vox is. I've been using my awakened r2 a ton this saga and the champ puts in serious work, not to mention one of the beefiest DOT damage done over that 13 sec duration.
I can't discern if it's the Nullify direct damage weakness or if it's the fact there's a slight ramp up required while using Vox that turns people off to regarding him higher, or more worthy of being a no-brainer r3.

I have my Vox at R2 and he’s my biggest regret. With how the AI plays, in BGs it’s almost impossible to do the ideal rotation of SP1, SP2. His damage is good but you can’t access it unless the AI plays along. Which they don’t.

If you're regretting that rank up, you ain't playing him right. You don't need to do sp1 sp2. Three sp1s would take the same time.
Don't sleep on hulkbuster. He was my first R3, and I have no regrets. He finishes fights in BG quickly and has so much ability to control the fight. With his high damage unblockable specials, long stun on Sp1, and power drain on Sp2, he can cover so much ground

Have you considered that you can do both? I regularly give advice on forums and I’ll never understand why people get upset with advanced players asking for advice. I see no reason to not seek wisdom from other people who might have more experience with a certain champ. The whole point of these forums is to learn from each other…
I fully agree. I only liked his animations when he was released, but after getting him as 6 and 7 star version, realized the guy is very good. Just a personal point of view.
