Should I rank up 6* Titania?

I recently pulled a 6* Titania, and I was going to leave her unleveled because I didn't want to rank her and then pull a 7* version, but then I watched some videos and was impressed. It still feels like a large investment to rank up a 6* to a competitive level, so I'm unsure if it's worth taking her up. Here's my science roster if it helps.
