"Slow Mode" on the Twitch Stream

Was anybody else unable to chat on the twitch stream because they were in slow mode? I couldn't respond to the chance to win Beta Ray Bill.

Yeah sorry i explained that wrong. Twitch mods usually put a slow mode setting on chat which means you can post a message every x seconds. I think it’s like one message every 30 seconds or so. So after the first message just wait a bit before the next.

This is to prevent spamming
