Beta Ray Bill's Sig Ability

No one gave this out that I could find. From the Livestream, so blame Dave if it's wrong.

I'm assuming this is still for a 6 star, Rank 5, Sig 200

Champion of Korbin

Potency of personal burst damage is increased by 40%
Reduce Call of Thunder's Unstoppable cooldown by 10 seconds
While a personal Unstoppable is active, damage taken is reduced by 100% (excluding SP3 damage)

Thanks for posting it! Really nice sig that’ll help his damage and give him additional utility but it doesn’t look like a must

So definitely a 6* rank5 sig200 ascend will be better than 7* rank3 undupe/ or sig20..

Not saying it's impossible for anyone to sig200, gonna be only few whales who can make it happen immediately thou.

Curious to see what the ranges are on those numbers.

I could easily see the top portion being 20-40% (so an initial awakening would already put you over 20%) and the cooldown being 2-10 seconds or something. Obviously the third line will be a Namor-esque "needs 200" ability, but maybe sig 1 starts at 35% or so.

Guess we'll find out tomorrow for sure.
