A Special Relic for Blade Request

I would like a relic for Blade that will activate his “Danger Sense” when the defender is bleeding.
(He is half vampire so the mere sight of blood really gets him going!)
It would instantly make him very relevant again.
Blade is a star and should never be too far from the meta.
People want to play certain champs when they download the game and Blade is one of those champs.
