Did they change the AI a bit?

Not sure if they pushed a test, a fix or something; but this is what I experienced a bit.
Some can test it in arena I guess...
1- Spot is unplayable, defender throws 1 hit into block and switches into heavy right away, it was heavy after heavy...
2- VS chavez (this can be a bit bad)... Chavez just throws heavies non stop
