Need 5* Starky help!!

Just prepared to do ccp challenges now i find out that I don’t have a 5 star starky. Is he available in any specific crystals or something what do i do now please give some insight.

    If you haven't explored act 5, exore it and choose tech nexuses. Dont think there is much else to do. Oh, go in incursions store and see if he is in the crystals

    He was given out as free 5 Star in the mail during that challenge got released
