Accidental In-Game Purchase

Totally my fault, completed cav EQ and accidentally bought the completion bundle.

Just wondering if any one has been successful in having these reversed by Support? Haven’t and won’t use any of the items/shards/crystals. If so, how long did it take.

If you haven’t used anything from the bundle you should be good.

Just put in a ticket and wait until support folks are back on Monday.

Just a little over two hours later and I got a response.

Items removed, units refunded.

Much thanks to Support for cleaning up my mess, especially on a Saturday night.
