Is it worth it to put on suicides just for arena?

I think so. The 70 units you spend to switch them on and off can be made back rather quickly, it raises your PI (so more points), and obviously makes matches faster, leading to more fights in less time.

Depends on what you mean by elsewhere. I like them for content too, though I understand if others don’t. If you plan to take them off just for things like eq, then i wouldn’t bother, but I also don’t think taking them off for casual questing is a good idea. If you’d only take them off for things like SoS, crucible, and other important content, then yes the units you’ll gain will be more than what you’re losing.

Also, I used to turn them on and off, but most content can be done with them on and not having to reduce your champion pool selection.

That's why I built two or three different load outs when they gave us the chance. One for arenas, war and quests and one for battlegrounds (where suicides hurt more than help).

If you're not playing high tier AW, you should always have suicides on.
There will be a few instances here and there when you'll need to take them off, but in the long run it's cheaper to have them on, and turn them off when you have to, than have them off and turn them on for arena.

She's was fine in 1st edition of raids, the easy ones. Not sure with the new champs and new missions. It will limit your freedom on throwing specials a bit, you'll have to be more conservative, wait for haymakers to cancel out recoil from time to time
But extra damage will be noticeable. I think you'll get your 12% in before you die.

Might have been smart to wait till after the reunion event because last year the legends crystals gave lots of mastery cores. I hoping to finish my suicide load out with it.

I wouldnt turn them on for Bg's unless the meta heavily favors having them on

Yes because for f2p players time is money I.E time is resources or rewards of some kind. So faster u finish milestones better it is. Suicides should boost the points by quite a bit.

I use them everywhere as I said. In bgs, I mainly choose champs that can purify debuffs, or bleed/posion immune. The thing is, I built my roster mainly around suicides. I never failed to get to gc since I hit 2.5 mil account rating, now I'm on 3.3mil rating.

I find in general I do better with them off for AQ and AW, but not enough to care. But I do tend to turn them off for end game content, stuff like SoS or Gauntlet, and I did turn them off for Crucible. But other than that, I leave them on. That minimizes the amount of switching I do, and since the general point to turning them on for arena (for me) is to maximize my unit grinding speed, there’s no point in spending all of those units on more switches than necessary.

Turned them off for superior kang crucible and void. Doing path 4 in aw, unblockable on debuffs, helped me dodge more and parry less lmao.

Personally I just turned them on and turn them off as needed. Battle grounds has its own mastery setup and basically you can do 90% of all content with them on. They make fights go by faster(especially for arena) and there are a lot of champs that are suicide friendly nowadays.
