Is there something wrong with black cat

Today, I was trying my 7* Black Cat against Rol Winter Soldier and noticed that the Beeper debuff from the Black Widow relic wasn't working (i.e., wasn't beeping). According to my understanding, Black Cat should have -100% AAR and should be pausing both the Sabotage and the Bleeds. Is this a bug, or am I missing something

    That does look like a bug, I'll do a couple of other tests to confirm, but thanks for pointing that out.
