Mastery: Limber Rank

Hi,
I’m still unsure how to unlock the limber rank, I’m trying to complete a double track event task and I need to unlock dexterity. I’ve got mastery cores to unlock it but I need to reach limber rank 1 to actually unlock dexterity. Can someone tell me how I can unlock limber rank please?

Dexterity is 3rd node in (along bottom), only really need 1 point in Dex.
To unlock further nodes, you need to at least have 1 point in each earlier nodes.
So Limber is 2nd node.
And Parry node before that (nice to have more than 1 in Parry, but to unlock next nodes all that is technically required is 1 points in previous nodes)
(in the PROFICIENCIES Tab)

Also (per previous post), not sure if they actually require Mastery Cores anymore or not.
Thought you had actually seen where these all were before, and had seen whether they needed Cores or not.
(instead of relying on what may be outdated internet info from if they used to require cores before).
But maybe they still do (?) so sounds like you bought some anyways in advance.
