Problem with Double Reunion crystal 🔮

I claimed 1 Reunion crystal and other one disappeared

Same happened to me. I claimed and got 2 crystals 7 hours ago, and then logged back in 7 hours later and claimed 1 Crystal and the 1 Double-up Crystal I had disappeared from inventory

They were taken away "by accident" - reportedly we'll get them back at the end of the event...like a teacher taking away a kid's phone and says they'll get it back at the end of the day.

Thanks for the info! I did find Kabam Crashed’ post on the situation.

If I claim the Double-Up Reunion Crystal when there was a bug, can Kabam or someone comment on why I am not seeing those now?

i lost 3.
i bet you what will happen is they will give them back.... but everyone will get 3...
so those who lost them will still be at a disadvantage
