Is hulk bugged or something?

Just fought and defeated the SOS destroyer using my hulk on first try. I did claim the defensive:tank objective but don't know why the offensive:burst objective is still unclaimable. When i am filtering the tags, he is in there for both the tags being conditioned, but when I am on the pre fight screen I don't observe his offensive burst tag. For real, is he having that tag or not?

    did you click the option for ALL selected tags. the default is ANY, meaning it shows champions who are either, not both.

    Hulk doesn't have that tag
