Who to use R2 gem on

Trying to decide on who to use on. Any input is appreciated. BG's and just getting into Act 8. Was leaning towards Overseer possibly but I use Black Cat and Venom a lot.

    You don't know how many times I'm using venom I start with a physical resist I heavy it changes to armour then physical resist then I get an armour then I get a cruelty but it doesn't matter because without precision he doesn't crit anyway

    See I don't believe conspiracies but sometimes I legit thought kabam just rigged the rng for physical resist high than other buffs. You need duper venom relic to crit more often, with relic 1 precision buff is enough to get atleast 2 crits in a 5 hit combo.
