Class: Mystic

Abilities
Always Active
Dr Strange is learned in the Mystic Arts. He is immune to all Nullify and Neutralise effects. His ability power rate cannot be modified by any means and is immune to Power Lock, Power Drain and Power Steal effects.
Dr Strange does not gain power by normal means. Instead, he passively fills up 1 bar of power every 15 seconds. Dr Strange does not benefit from Power Gain buffs. If Dr Strange were to gain a Power Gain buff through any means, it is immediately Nullified, and Dr Strange is granted a burst of 10% of a bar of power.
Each critical hit has a 50% chance to Steal up to 3 different buff stacks from his opponent. All stolen buffs last 7 seconds.
For each buff active on either Dr Strange or his opponent, he gains +500 attack rating.

Mystic Spells
Dr Strange activates various spell cycles based on different actions performed. Each spell lasts 7.5 seconds.
• Landing a heavy attack activates Blessing of Vishanti. For each stack of Blessing of Vishanti active, his passive power gain increases by +10%.
• Intercepting the opponent’s dash with a light attack (or getting intercepted as a Defender) activates Crimson Gem of Cyttorak. This spell does not stack or get refreshed. While this spell is active, Dr Strange is passively Unstoppable while charging a Heavy Attack, or dashing in. Dr Strange steals 252 health per hit landed on the opponent.
• Punishing the opponent’s heavy attack or special attack activates Raggadorr’s Rigor. For each stack of Rigor active, Dr Strange’s buff potency increases by +35%, and he gains +1500 Armour Rating and +1500 Energy Resistance

Ending a combo
A combo ender inflicts a non-stacking Stagger Passive on the opponent lasting 7.5 seconds.

Heavy Attack
Charging a heavy attack grants 13% of a bar of power per second charged.
The last hit inflicts a Soul Barb passive dealing 480 damage per second for each buff active on the opponent for 3 seconds and refreshes all of Dr Strange’s personal buffs.

Special Attack 1
Each successful hit grants Dr Strange a Fury buff lasting 7 seconds, each of which increases attack rating by +7%. For each spell active on Dr Strange when this special attack activates, he inflicts an Incinerate Passive for 7 seconds.

Special Attack 2
Holding block slows down time. This special inflicts effects based on swiping patterns.
Swiping [Up, Down, Up]: If the first swipe is Perfect, steal all of the opponent’s buffs from them. If the second swipe is Perfect, inflict a Passive Incinerate for each buff Stolen from the first hit of this special attack. If the third swipe is Perfect, it is Guaranteed Critical, and doubles Dr Strange’s active Fury buffs.
Swiping [Up, Up, Up]: For each Perfect Swipe, inflict a Coldsnap Passive for 7 seconds.
Swiping [Down, Down, Down]: If the first and last swipes are Perfect, and the second swipe is Late, inflict a Stun Passive for 3 seconds.
Swiping [Down, Up, Down]: Life Steal 30% of damage taken after the last Life Steal. If this activates for the first time, regenerate 30% of health lost in the fight.

Special Attack 3
Consumes all Blessings and steals 100% of the opponent’s power. Deals a burst of damage scaling with each Buff active on Dr Strange when this special attack activates.

Signature Ability: Agamotto’s Insight
Once per Quest, Dr Strange uses the famed Eye of Agamotto. He reverses time to revive a champion at <1-50>% of max health. The champion can be selected in the pre-fight menu. This is only applicable if the champion is knocked out against an opponent of higher star rating, and Dr Strange has won a minimum of one fight in the Quest.
Whenever Dr Strange Nullifies a Buff, he steals <2-6>% of the opponent’s active power at the time.
Buff Nullification now applies to Passive Buffs as well.

Once again, I shall repeat, ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DEROGATORY REMARKS. THIS IS THE USE OF MY BRAIN AND MY BRAIN ONLY. EVERY IDEA IS UNIQUE.
PS. The only reason I post in General "Discussion" is so that the entire community can actually "discuss" these matters.

The sig ability seems too broken.
He can revive a champ using pre fight? No way that's happening.
Power steal when nullifies a buff? Fine, But it is too Op coupled with MD.
Buff nullification applies to passive buff? What does this even mean?

Yeah that sig ability might make him broken in some scenarios

Um, can the Eye of Agamotto even do that? Reverse time? While in the mcu Strange used to had the Time Stone where the Eye of Agamotto should be, these two are very different

Perhaps a clause that it only activates for Story and EQ modes. Not AQ, AW or any other.

I thought so too, but i decided a mystic not benefitting from MD might be controversial.

It means that Strange can remove passive buffs from his opponent.

This whole kit is very over tuned. You could maybe get away with a few of these and the stuff with the sp2 is interesting but the amount of power gain, buff stealing, damage increases and the sig ability is just way way too much.

There's a few but there is a reason passive buffs exist. Nullifying them just shouldn't happen but reducing potency or ability accuracy a bit might not be too bad.

Passives and buffs are mutually exclusive. A buff is a buff and a Passive is a Passive

Would you rather I write "positive Passive Effect"? Because Kate's Coldsnap is a passive debuff. Iceman's frostbite is a passive debuff. Similarly, Destroyer's power gain is passive. But it's a positive effect, a buff.

just call it a passive, it's called a passive because is isnt an explicit buff or debuff

Having him remove passives of any kind is just absurd on top of everything else he's got going on, which is also too strong.

Passives aren't coded as positive or negative, neither are buffs or debuffs, so it would require recoding almost every character and node in the game. There are positive debuffs and negative buffs

Might be good for the game, who knows. After all, props to @PT_99, there are a lot of Cosmics, Serpent included, who are passive hogs. Referring to the Destroyer again, his Power Gain gives 4 bars of power over 12 seconds, which is almost a guaranteed sp3 every time. It might be integral to add a champion who can cancel out passive effects.

You say that like removing the power gain is the only way to prevent its effects? You can Petrify, Wither or just not let him get the power gain.

Removing passive effects would cause way more issues for the game because passives specifically work around the fact that they can't be removed in the same way as other things. Serpent has a few passives because he's designed to not be completely shut down by nullify. If he can remove passives then he would remove things that aren't designed to be removed
