How to switch to second account legally?

Can I use any parallel space from play store to run 2 accounts in same device? Is it legal or i 'll get ban?

    It is indeed legal. Simply log out in settings and login with whatever account info you use for the other.

    I switch to my alt on one device its fine as long as the account is yours

    Is that in regards to PARALLEL SPACE (automatic account switcher type of app) ?

    Or just to Title here ? (logout in settings and log back in with other account info) which yes can be done in-game, but not what they are asking about.
