Black screen at superior Kang in crucible

Please fix the bug. Everytime I finish the first phase I get stuck in a black screen and need to quit or restart and every time I do this I need to do the first phase again. I lost a couple of revives because of this and can't finish crucible.

Did you send a ticket into support? They're the only ones that can help you with this.
Also, you're the only person I've seen discuss such a "bug", so it seems more likely to be a device issue and not an MCoC issue.
