Not getting items after purchase from online marketplace

I purchased 5 6-STAR SIGNATURE STONES BUNDLE in the online marketplace and have been charged for them yet have not been given the rewards. Purchase made this morning, it has been over an hour and have restarted the game continuously and still do not have the items...

    Should contact Kabam support as the forums isn't a place for purchase issues..

    yes I did, I was just letting people know that it occurred just in case I am not the only one... still waiting on the response from them...
