Need rank 4 help for Paragon

I'm a returning player, took a break for around a year. Previously I was stuck on 7.3.2. So I came and saw some vids and completed 7.3 and 7.4 in 2 day (lol idk why I didn't do it before leaving). Now I defeated kang and was wondering which champs shall I get to rank 4. I just recently got cgr which helped me breeze though 7.4.

As I wasn't playing for a year, I dont know which champs are good and which arnt. So can you help me decide which champs shall I r4.

Also I have a 3 to 4 arcade gem. Shall I use it on cgr. I have 2 mystic ag and 1 science ag.

My main 5 star roster consists of doom, apoc, herc, nick, nim, warlock, bvcv, aa, ht, caiw.

Use your rank up gem or cgr.

Also take onslaught and mr sinister to r4.

Open more crystals. You have a lot of good champs but very few "great" champs you wanna r4 first.
