1) add more new animations for the champions and improve the designs. And if possible, easier way of earning the champions because I have been opening crystals for a long time and keeps getting lower star ones.
2) hope there are champions costumes from the MCU movie.

    1. It takes a long time to make new animations and costumes. For every new character design they make for an old champ, that's a new champ they can't make. So updating old champions with new designs is something they can only do very infrequently, or as part of larger updates. I'm sure they would love to do this more often, but it is a question of balancing the development resources they have available with what they want to do with them.

    2. Collecting champions is one of the fundamental elements of the game, and the game primarily uses random champion crystals to do that. There are a lot of reasons, which I won't belabor here, but the bottom line is that the developers have, over time, continuously added ways to add more agency to players - basically ways to help them target the champs they want, without allowing them to just straight up select all the champs they want. This is another thing they have to balance, and my guess is (based on your comment about getting :lower star ones) that you either aren't at a high progression tier yet, or you don't open a lot of champion crystals on a relative basis.

    No one gets what they want, and as much as they want, because that is part of how the game maintains interest in collecting and chasing champions. But they have added limited pool crystals, champion selector crystals, various forms of nexus crystals, and in some cases even ways to directly earn specific champions in the game (Deathless champs, special chase champs like Morbius and Captain Marvel). For higher progression tier players they have also added higher tier multi-rarity crystals like the Cavalier and Valiant crystals. And for players willing to spend the time, the arena has become far easier to target specific 6* champs over time.
