No change to serpent the most bs defender in the game, barely any change to bullseye, if he was an offense champ he be nerfed . Only 3-4 champs can truly take him and they can’t even take him some metas. This program is a f….. joke . A player like trap bans him every team in bg cause of this bs

If everyone was abusing his sig "CAN'T DIE" then perhaps he'd get nerfed
