I saved up all of my major crystals/items for 3 months. Here’s what I got

In June, I redownloaded MCOC after another long break from the game. Before I left, I was a pretty endgame player, with 4 rank 1 7*s, only a few 3 and 4* relics with 2 or 3 5*, and having completed the latest story content out at the time (8.2). I came back to find a new progression title, two new chapters of story, and plenty of rewards to be had. So I set my sights on one goal: Valiant.
I vowed to not open a single “major” crystal, and tried to limit rank ups until I at the very least explored act 8. A summer of saving if you will. Because of August’s release of Crucible, exploring act 8 meant Valiant.
Today was the day I finally opened it all.
In total, I opened up:
13 5* relics
2 5* nexus relics
Over 110 paragon crystals (antiquated, normal, and magnetron)
4 6* relics (ant man, Valkyrie, Juggs, and Black Panther)
Over 80 total 6* basics
15 6* nexus
1 mutant, 1 cosmic 6* nexus
1 skill abyss nexus
2 6* 3-4 rank up gems
1 6* 4-5 rank up gem
15 7* basic
1 7* cosmic (RG dupe
)
3 7* titans (Leader, Sym Sup, Prowler)
1 7* Loyalty (Mordo)
2 7* reunion (Misty, VP)
1 7* nexus (Kushala!)
And 1 7* 2-3 rank up gem. (Mutant)
After that, I then selected wags from my reunion 7* selector, and took my two 7*s as my first r2s and 3s for valiant
The platinum double track event pass was the first purchase I’ve made on the game since around the time when act 5.4 was new content. After getting valiant, I selected all the valiant rewards on the platinum track, and then opened 42 reunion crystals, a bunch of platinum pool stuff, (leaving me with my first 6* platinum pool, and one pair of legs away from the 7*), close to 15 valiant crystals, 3 6* abyss nexus, and a few 6 and 7*s that I additionally formed. Finally, I picked up my final 7* of the day, Beta Ray Bill from the store.
In one day my 7* roster went from this
To this
Some pulls I was especially excited about include that 7* hulk, Bullseye, Sym, Kushala, and Kindred among others. I was also super happy to finally snag several 6*s I had been chasing including NF, Hulkling, CGR, 2xSerpent, Toad, and Archangel.
My total champion rating went from 1.7 mil-2.56 mil in a few hours, with over 100 new champions total joining the roster.
Would I recommend saving this much? If you want to, go for it. I definitely did have a harder time on some content like crucible that would’ve definitely been made easier by the 7* crystals in my stash, but for me it was definitely a ton of fun
If anyone has any rank up advice, I really would appreciate it! I have 12 t6 basic and t3 alpha expiring as well as plenty of gems, I just don’t know who to pursue first!
So yeah. That’s my crystal opening. Apologies for the long read, but I feel it’s worth the length considering the length I waited to open these crystals.

We need to open a total of 1 billion crystals in order to get 200T2 dust, 300 units, 5.000 x 5* shards, and Exalted crystal, 2.500x6* shards, 1.000 x7* shards and T1 dust.
I will keep hoarding my crystals.
I would rather hoard 5 days worth of revives than open my crystals for shallow rewards.
They are asking us to open a total of 1 billion crystals, but the biggest prize is an Exalted (i.e., 6-7 star crystal) that gives a 6* champion in 99% of the cases.
