No milestone rewards recieved

So on my main I opened the free nefarious crystals and got milestone rewards no problem I logged into my mini to redeem the code it worked I opened so good champs and then I didn't get no milestone rewards I've closed out the game switched accounts and still nothing I was planning on using the iso from the milestones to rank my 7* Enchantress, but now I cannot I'm hoping this is a fixable bug. And I hope to recieve my iso.
