Having trouble with market point system

I’ve noticed this with the new event and before it too that whenever I log into my account in the store the section to claim rewards from market points is gone. Before I log in I can see it and as it loads my accounts screen I can see the market point screen grayed out as if trying to load in but then the deals come up and the market points section is gone. I would appreciate if I could get some help since the new market points milestone would add on to the solo event in the game.

Nvm I fixed it. Idk the problem but it’s my iPad that’s the problem. I just logged into the store from another device
