I can't log into the game

Hello, please help me with logging into the game. Recently, the game simply does not load for me, before, when I logged in, in the lower right corner there was a message saying "logging in" and the game quickly launched. But now it says "loading" and it just spins endlessly, and the game does not turn on. For a long time now, as I have been playing this game, I have never used prohibited software or any workarounds and my account belonged only to me. So the likelihood of any ban is impossible. Despite the fact that I play this game in Russian language, I live in Kazakhstan and have been in this region since the creation of my account, so I should not have had any restrictions. Can you please check what is wrong with my account through my email (it is linked to the email through which I logged into the forum) and solve my problem.
