Who to ascend?

I have enough to R5 a 5 star and ascend, or R2 a 6 star. I'm leaning towards the former as the hero rating will be higher, plus I have a tech and mutant 6 star 1 to 2 gem (though no 6 star mutant and only Lady Deathstrike 6 star for now).
I have a Mantis 7 star R1 and a Magik 5 star R5 acended already. No Quake.
I like to keep my classes diversified if possible, so I'm leaning towards not bringing up my Blade or Hyperion and I have a Tigra and Herc, both as unduped 6 stars that are at the top of my list when I Rank up my next 6 star.
