Tried to explore act 4, but can't get 100%, because of this bug

    Not a bug.

    You left ACT-4 unfinished all those many years ago.

    And they have since completely revamped ACTs 1-4.

    In ACT-4, paths removed, combined, changed, etc.

    Unless you were 100% explore before the change, when you come back after this long you may fins certain (looks like partial) segments still not done.
    You just have to go and complete ANY path that still has an unfinished segment in it.

    **still a lot shorter time to finish those few spots, than what you had originally left as undone in Act -4 before.

    Understood, but still odd. U finished path, and then u need to finish it again.
