Are there any plans on fixing the "forever loading" bug?

This bug has essentially been in the game since forever and this game is already 10 years old. Asking this especially in AW where we lose attack bonus and need to heal up because of a stupid bug.

NO!!! Kabam said forced crystal opening like 6yrs ago was gonna help (it didn’t). Here we r today, waaaay worse than it’s ever been (worse every month with new content added). This newest crystal “purge” event was supposed to also help. Almost 350,000,000 crystals opened so far. Guess what??? NO changes or improvements, not even the absolute slightest way

To be -00% honest??? It’s been pretty bad since 5-6yrs ago really bad since 2yrs ago, and absolutely ridiculous this year. We all know there is NOTHING that will ever be done to fix it. We deal with it as needed. Same as missed inputs. Swiping back makes champs go forward, parry that (mostly) works. Etc, etc…….. game will NEVER GET BETTER. ONLY WORSE!!!
