Rintrah SP2 - 0 damage on last hit?

I was playing 9.1.2 (Muscle Wizard) and had several times across multiple fights (P 99, Aarkus, Venompool) where the final hit of my sp2 would do 0 damage using Rintrah.

The node says 75% reduction when not unstoppable, but none of these champs have protection or other damage reduction I can think of.

Has anyone else seen this?

Current game version. iPhone 15 pro. Current iOS.
