Do non-Raid alliances get compensation?

Our alliance doesn't do the Raid, just the normal AQ. That week, we couldn't participate because everything was closed.

From Kabam's response, it seemed like every alliance would get compensation.

But, we haven't received anything, and most of the people talking in the forum are from Raid alliances.

I'm not sure anymore. Does anyone know if normal alliances will get Glory rewards as compensation?

    Everyone that normally does AQ will get it, it was just bugged when it was sent out yesterday. They said they are going to hopefully push it out correctly later today
