Getting quite funny now

So I logged in at 7pm UK time, to find yet another terrible deal on, for the low price of £80 you can get a few shards to build your team..
Quite ironic really how I rely on glory and earned rewards to build my teams isn't it.. as if I'm going to spend money when we are being treated like this.. still no word on missing rewards or compensation though.. some people who shouldn't have got certain rewards have got them, people who should have havent, no one knows who gets what etc.. got to laugh though, if I was this bad at my job I would have lost it by now

You can tell the Lead Game Economist directly what you think of the deals (he goes by Crashed here) and tell the former Community manager for aforementioned Mirrorverse (pinwheel) how whoever ends up being retained should be gone for causing confusion and delay.

Still got a few more months with DMV thankfully, but yea, Ive said in other places the raid/comp issue did not go as we would have liked, and there's legitimate feedback and criticism to be made there 100%. But that said, as others have pointed out here, different folks are responsible for different aspects of the game. An offer might not interest you but that does not mean it was made maliciously or at the expense of time spent fixing another issue. Let's all try and give some grace and understanding to our fellow community members and, if at all possible lol, the game team. Can dislike how things may have turned out (did in this case) without denigrating individuals' efforts.

Hey bro can you pls give some more information on the saga incursion compensation when many people were able to do sec 7 incursion again and got the extra rewards and I am sure you were there at that time saying that you have passed this issue to the game team

As an EE myself, I find that embarrassing.

This place has always been full of complaints. From the very start. The difference is the community used to back one another up when kabam got too far afield .
Then we got monitored and managed more and more and complaints were silenced. Like it or not, complaints have resulted in improvements and changes for the better in this game. And like it or not, as long as the poster stays within the rules they have every right to post complaints.
You on the other hand also have a right to keep your thoughts to yourself and not respond to complaints posts...

His point is that at every company there are departments that can continue working even if something else isn't working. I am not sure how you came with with whatever you posted from what DNA said.

The bug and compensation was planned and executed poorly no question on that; but they are not going to stop a scheduled deal based on a bug that showed up recently.
That's like asking a grocery store to stop their sale on tomatoes, just because a fridge broke and milk went bad.

And I stand by what I said. I would question the judgment of any engineer who said what the OP said, and also what you said. Because saying "every situation is different" doesn't contradict what I said, it fully supports it. *Knowing* that every situation is different is what *compels* any reasonable engineer to not make unreasonable assumptions.

Saying every situation is different so you can't say no one should ever do anything is ludicrous: it says that because every situation is different, sometimes engineers *should* make unreasonable assumptions. That's idiotic.

You *never* make unreasonable assumptions and denigrate other professionals because that is *never* a reasonably safe assumption, *especially* because every situation is different and you cannot know you are on safe ground.

The *only* saving grace here is there are a lot of people who just like to say dumb things on internet forums, but wouldn't express the same judgment in a professional setting. But that is itself not a safe assumption to make, and anyone making these kinds of assumptions has to be presumed to be expressing their actual normal judgment. And that kind of judgment is, and I have no problem emphasizing this, embarrassing to the point of wanting to point it out as a bullet point in a Powerpoint presentation on bad engineering.

Agreed, he's taken what I've said to heart and has chosen to almost take offence, I have no idea what the game teams set up is, but it looks bad as a company that, things we are owed (for nearly 3 weeks with the bare minimal communication) can't get resolved but they can get offers out the door without a hitch..

As I do well in my job, I earn a decent wedge and I spend quite alot on this game, without worry, I have OCD with certain things (also part of why I'm good at my job)

But like I said, how does questioning this recent event which has left a heck of alot of the community with a sour taste in, relatable to my job??
I used to read Dna's posts and responses on this forum with respect until I've seen now how he resorts to a bit of criticism
