I want some opinions on who to rank 4 for paragon. I already have red mags and omega sentinel at r4

While I do have the resources for one rank up, I also have a 3-4 rank up gem from the last saga, which only applies to black cat, and would save me a lot of resources.

Shang Chi just does better damage overall, but Black Cat also has decent utility though
