Obviously, OG Cap needs a numbers buff but as I was playing against in with Massacre I couldn’t help but think that as Cap blocks with his shield, it should be more effective than a traditional block. That was a long run on sentence. Anyway, perhaps hits block should decrease the opponents OAA by 100%, or make him immune to pierce effects or cause the opponents to glance. What do you guys think?
