Tips for upgrading 6*!

So I've completed act 7 but can't get paragon because I have just 1 r4 6*. So I need to get 2 more 6*s to r4 and fast. So please give tips on how to get t6 basic and t3 alpha catalysts fast. Also, following is my 6* roster. Which 2 champs should I focus on to take to r4 (Herc is already r4).

PS: I think Onslaught is going to be one of the best options but playing him is a littlle tough with the non stunned heavies. So I'm not sure if I should rank him up as an attacker.

Also, I have a generic 6* rankup gem if someone really requires it.

    kingpin and onslaught easy. if you want more mats thebn 8.1 is the answer. with some skill training and some stacked up revives 8.1 is the really best option for you.
